NOT GONE...JUST GONE AHEAD
MONTANA OF DUTCHESS DECEMBER 24, 1996 - NOVEMBER 19,2007

November, 2007 I have had a hard time this past week.. I just have a hard time posting this but I feel this is important as heartbreaking as it is to write this. Last Monday we had to let Montana go a head,it was a very hard thing to do, but it was the right thing to do. Montana was failing for a while, her body just gave out and was tired and asked that we let her go ahead and I promised her that she would be fine and that I would see her again one day. I told her this special place she was going would be full of happiness and laughter and free from pain and discomfort. I told her to relax and I will see her one day.. Many of you know Montana , others have heard about her. Montana was th epitamy of what a mastiff bitch should be. If you ever get the chance to read a mastiff bitch lives here or rules of a mastiff house by dee dee andersson, that describes my Montana. Montana was my first mastiff puppy and the grand dam of all my puppies.. God Bless You Montana be safe until we meet again...I love you so much..

SOME MEMORIES THAT I WOULD LIKE TO SHARE...

|
This is a picture of Montana at 18 months old. We were heading out to the Nationals in PA. I went in the back of the van for something and she decided she was going to ride in the passanger seat..She stole my seat right out from under me... We had a great time with her out there...Lots of wonderful memories..
This next picture was taken not too long ago, she is 10 years old and resting on her daughter Harley.. Looking up at Scott.. She was a daddy's girl.
This next picture is of Montana, Benn and Harley on the Deck , I believe it was late summer.
